UNIDO and Enactus Signed a Joint Declaration

Vienna, 13 November 2019 – The United Nations Industrial Development Organization and Enactus have signed a joint declaration on innovative business models. The declaration aims to promote innovative business models and related projects for sustainable chemical management.


“Enactus is honoured to partner with UNIDO to foster and promote innovative business models”, said Rachel Jarosh, president and chief executive officer of Enactus. “At Enactus, we believe investing in students who take entrepreneurial action for others creates a better world for us all and we know that we are most successful through strong partnerships with pioneering organizations like UNIDO.”

With the Declaration signed, the partners agree on the necessity to further mainstream and up-scale of innovative business models such as Chemical Leasing at the global level and with young entrepreneurs.
